Check-in time is at 4:00p.m.
Check-out time is at 11:00a.m.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior notice and if room is ready.
Lodging rates apply to the maximum number of guests per room (* please check maximum room capacity). All rates are listed in USD, and VAT and hotel tax of 20% are not included.
All rooms are NON-SMOKING
A 50% deposit payment of your pretax lodging or package price is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance plus any incidental expenses in the restaurants or sports center will be charged upon check-out from the resort. We accept Visa, MC, AMEX credit & debit cards, Paypal, and Venmo. Checks can also be sent to us at our San Rafael office.
We welcome our guests traveling with up to two well-behaved pets (*under 50 lbs/22Kg). We will charge a $250 refundable damage/cleaning deposit, as well as $20 per pet/day fee. Please contact us in advance to bring your furry friends.
Coyas Restaurant is open from 7am-3pm daily during high season, and closed May 1st - October 31st. Our Aqua Beach Bar will be open 1pm-9pm daily for food and drinks, and 12-8 during daily during our low season dates. Pool day passes available.
Need To Cancel A Reservation?
We offer a full refund of your deposit payment if canceled 60 or more days before your check-in. Reservation cancellations between 59-30 before check-in will be refunded 50% of their deposit payment. Cancellations fewer than 30 days before check-in will not be refunded any deposit payment. To cancel or modify an existing reservation, please email the reservation desk. Please have your reservation number ready.
